Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love your Kirkland’s purchase. If you are not completely satisfied, you may return most items within 60 days of the original purchase date. Some restrictions apply, so please review our full policy below.

Returns
Most items in new, unused, and resalable condition may be returned within 60 days of purchase, with receipt. Returns without a valid receipt may be refunded at the current selling price. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Exchanges
We are happy to exchange any item for a different size or color, subject to availability. Exchanges can be processed in accordance with our standard return policy guidelines.

Return Methods
You may return your purchase in one of two ways:

  1. Return by Mail: Please initiate your return through our online returns portal at nestandreflect.com to print a prepaid return label. Repackage the item securely, include the original packing slip, and affix the label.
  2. Return In-Store: Bring the item, along with the original packing slip or receipt, to any our store locations.

Non-Returnable Items
The following items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Custom, personalized, or monogrammed products.
  • Final Sale or As-Is items, which will be clearly marked.
  • Used, damaged, or assembled merchandise.
  • Gift cards.

Refunds
After we receive your return, please allow 7-10 business days for your refund to be processed. Refunds will be issued to the original form of payment. For returns made without a receipt, a merchandise credit will be issued at the current selling price. Please note that we do not refund original shipping fees.

Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact our Customer Service team immediately at nestandreflect.com. We will gladly assist you with a replacement or refund.

Return Policy for Online Orders Returned to a Store
You can return items from your online order at our store. Please bring the items you wish to return, along with the original packing slip. Your refund will be processed to your original method of payment.

International Returns
We are unable to accept returns from international addresses at this time.
